The Chinese Cultural Association and Language Academy was established in 2003 at Salem, Oregon. The goals of the Chinese Cultural Association and Language Academy are to promote Chinese language and culture, and to promote the mutual understanding and cultural integration between Chinese and other ethnic groups.
The Chinese language school currently has three classes: the beginning class, intermediate class and the advanced class. These classes are dedicated to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn Chinese language and to instilling an awareness of the Chinese heritage. The school plans to add another class focusing on introduction to Chinese culture if there is enough interest.
The School does not discriminate in any way with respect to student admissions on the basis of race, sex, color, religion, national origin, physical disability and military status. Any school-aged children, who are interested in learning Chinese language and culture, can enroll in the school.
